This is another one of our stunning partial renovation projects. The home itself is distinctly contemporary modern, with architecture that borders on Brutalist design, characterized by its concrete forms, sharp edges, and strong geometric presence.

However, the client wanted to soften the starkness of the architecture, updating the kitchen and key features of the home to feel more welcoming and warm while still respecting the bold structural language.

We incorporated large format tiles and selected clean yet visually engaging stone materials, including a dark, contrasting Dekton for the island and a soft, subtle Taj Mahal quartzite for the perimeter counters.

Minimal hardware and sleek detailing were used throughout, allowing the natural beauty of the materials and the striking form of the home to remain the focal points.
