This charming single story residence was redesigned for our clients, who were ready to move past the typical "flipper special."

Having lived in the home for a few years, they were ready to say goodbye to the standard black accents, white cabinets, and gray LVT flooring so common in flipped homes.

Instead, they wanted a space that truly reflected their family, warm, fun, and comfortable.

With their feedback, we developed a design that embraces a richer, more inviting palette, keeping the dual kitchen islands but introducing subtle design differences for visual interest, along with ample cabinetry to meet all their storage needs.

Decorative ceiling beams were added to help define the open floor plan, creating a sense of separation between the dining area and the living room.

The furniture selection focuses on a warm, organic modern aesthetic with a strong emphasis on usability.

The living room sectional is upholstered in Crypton for durability, while the dining chairs feature easily detachable cushions, perfect for tossing in the wash after those messy pizza nights.

Even their young daughter’s bathroom received a thoughtful update, incorporating a playful yet feminine touch designed to grow and evolve with her over time.
