This is our first ground up project, a 12 unit fully furnished apartment complex featuring a five person sauna, pool, designated photo areas, and a one of a kind presidential suite.

The concept takes inspiration from the serene beauty of Santorini, Greece, with its striking pops of blue set against crisp white architecture.

Although located in Las Vegas, the design is intended to give guests a refreshing, cooling escape, a retreat that feels far removed from the desert heat.

The complex’s mascot is Yue Lao, the Chinese god of love and marriage, who is believed to connect destined lovers with his legendary red thread of fate.

In honor of this deity, we incorporated subtle, meaningful details throughout the property, creating an atmosphere that not only feels tranquil and rejuvenating but also carries an air of romance and connection for all who visit.
