About Us
Horizonte Design Studio was born from the union of two designers with vastly different backgrounds and one shared dream: to bring world-class Interior Design to Las Vegas through thoughtful, luxurious, and personalized homes.
Our mission is to create residences that reflect the beauty of the desert landscape while elevating the lifestyle of every client.
Izabela Barra, a Brazilian designer, brings a clean, modern aesthetic shaped by her international roots. After moving to the U.S. with her husband, she discovered a passion for transforming Las Vegas homes into sophisticated retreats inspired by the city’s vibrant energy and natural scenery.
Elaine Qian, a first-generation Chinese-American and lifelong Las Vegas local, blends her hospitality background with an eclectic design approach to create warm, expressive, and functional spaces.
Together, Izabela and Elaine founded Horizonte to offer a boutique design experience that specializes in luxury house remodeling and custom interiors.
From ground-up construction to high-end renovations, their collaborative process ensures every detail reflects the client’s personality and vision.

The name Horizonte, Portuguese for “horizon,” was chosen with great care by our founders to represent growth, possibility, and timeless design.
Just as the horizon is where land meets sky, our philosophy reflects the seamless balance of function and beauty, an approach that defines our work in Interior Design Las Vegas and luxury house remodeling.
