Interior Design in Las Vegas
Horizonte Design Studio was born from the union of two designers with vastly different backgrounds and one shared dream: to craft thoughtful, luxurious, and personalized homes that reflect the beauty of Las Vegas landscape and the unique lifestyles of the people who live here.
Izabela Barra, a Brazilian designer, brings a clean, modern aesthetic shaped by her international roots. After moving to the U.S. with her husband, she found creative inspiration in the energy and landscape of Las Vegas.
Elaine Qian, a first-generation Chinese-American and lifelong Las Vegas local, draws from her hospitality background and eclectic design style to create spaces that feel both expressive and welcoming.
Though their journeys are different, Izabela and Elaine share the same vision: to design homes that reflect the natural beauty and desert terrain of the region while honoring each client’s personality and story. Together, they created Horizonte — a boutique interior design studio that delivers a collaborative and distinctive design experience from start to finish.

Elaine Qian / Interior Designer
A proud Las Vegas native and first generation American, she received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from UNLV.
Elaine has been designing for over half a decade, and built her background in commercial and high-end residential. She has a client-centric approach and natural design sensibility.
Elaine’s knowledge of materials, furnishings, and installations ensures each project is thoroughly executed and seamlessly integrated.

3. Concept Development
Our team transforms your needs and inspirations into a carefully curated design direction, balancing function and beauty in a way that feels effortless yet deeply personal.
4. Site Visit & Measurements
We conduct a detailed site evaluation, confirming dimensions and gathering the technical information needed to bring your space to life.
Your home is then recreated in our 3D design software for precise planning.
5. Model Development
This is the creative heart of the process. We translate your vision into a complete design, curating materials, plumbing, and appliances into a harmonious whole.
6. Full Design Presentation
You’ll be presented with a fully realized design, complete with:
a. A comprehensive visual presentation of your space
b. Detailed pricing prepared in collaboration with our trusted contracting partners
c. A transparent project schedule outlining costs and lead times

7. Review & Refinement
